Exercise is for the birds! I have been watching my diet and working out. I lost 10 pounds in 2 months, sounds good right. Well, this week I gained back 5 of those pounds by going out to eat 3 times. I am very discouraged and upset. Why does it take so long to lose those pounds but they come back so quickly. I have heard of those people who love the burn when they are lifting weights....hate it! I have heard of those people who get a second wind while doing aerobics......doesn't happen to me. I am in need of some Rocky Balboa "getting stronger" attitude. I really would like to wear shorts above the knees this summer.
p.s. why, oh why does the Nugget have such delicious bear claws...yummmmm!

So frustrating! For lent I gave up any and all food that was unhealthy, worked out five times a week, and lost zero pounds. I guess it is my age? I found that taking a class at the gym helps but you have to be motivated to get there. Good luck, I am in the same boat!
