A wonderful childhood memory is homemade bread from mom. I wanted to recreate that memory for my kids, sooo I called my mom and asked for her recipe. I let it rise, I pounded it, and rise some more...the result: a hard brick that could break glass. Then I found out about the 5 minute Artisan bread recipe. I love it! Foul proof even for me!
